We started assembling our rear part of the frame with our differential. We took the rear end that Gears & Rears built for us and cut off all the un used tabs on it. We then sanded it down and gave it several coats of Duplicolor semi gloss epoxy chassis paint to make it durable. We then got a TransDapt rear end cover, coated it with the same Duplicolor epoxy paint and then polished the fins. While we had the cover off we drilled and tapped a pipe fitting for easy filling of the rear end with our Royal Purple diff fluid. We then attached the diff cover with ARP bolts from Totally Stainless and gaskets from Felpro. We then got our frame back from Langley U-Blast and took it over to Hi-Pro Coatings to be powdercoated in Cardinal Red to match our Baer brake calipers. They took the main crossmember off the main frame so that it could be cleaned and coated better.

Once we got the frame back we started to assembly our suspension components from Ridetech. Some of the parts got scratched etc during mock up so we scuffed them all up and gave them a coat of Duplicolor epoxy paint as well so they all had the same satin black finish. All of the suspension parts were fastened with products from Totally Stainless and ARP and the bushings were from Energy Suspension. Once all the suspension components were mounted we started plumbing the frame with our brake lines from LMC Truck, our airlines and Fuel lines from Aeroquip. All of the lines were secured using clamps from Made4You products. We used brake line fittings and flexible lines from Speedway Motors and Baer. All of our airlines were plumbed with bulkhead fittings through the truck to make for a much cleaner installation instead of having them run through grommet or over frame rails. We mounted our Moroso catch can topped with a K&N Filter so that our rear end had something to breath into. Once everything was mounted we then fit our Sir Michaels hidden hitch onto the frame using the supplied grade 8 hardware.

We then took our custom made fuel tank from Boyd Welding and mounted it between the frame rails. When we designed the tank, we changed the way that our shocks were mounted so that we could remove them easily with the tank in place. For this we used some streetrod shock mounts that we got from Speedway Motors. Once this was in we mounted our Professional Products inline fuel filter and fuel pump along with our LS inline fuel filter/regulator and LS fuel fittings that we got from Speedway Motors   and plumbed it all with fuel line and fittings from Aeroquip. The last thing to be done was mount our Pypes Performance Exhaust system. It was literally a bolt in system even with our LS motor, we simply welded the supplied collector to our LS collector and we had a complete system

With all of that wrapped up we put mounted our tires onto our Rocket Racing 20" Chrome Booster wheels.

Years later we upgraded the old Firestone compressors to high output Viair compressors
